Alma is a professional virtual assistant living in beautiful, sunny California with her three lovely children, enchanting husband, and two dogs. In
her free time, Alma enjoys reading, knitting, cooking, hiking, bike
riding, dancing, hula hooping and spending precious time with her family. She is
very grateful for the life she is living and for all the people who
surround her.
She collaborates with clients providing personalized administrative, technical, and project management support to business owners nationwide. She is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to her clients.
Alma's business administration experience includes transcribing medical and legal reports, executive level administrative support to attorneys, physicians, real estate professionals, IT professionals, investment and insurance brokers. Her most recent clients have included entrepreneurs, authors, internet marketers, speakers, and coaches.
For the past seven years Alma has worked her medical transcription service alongside her business administration service, which she began in 1998. In 2006, Alma became very interested in going "virtual" with her business. She learned that business administration professionals were now being called "virtual assistants". She had already gone virtual with her medical transcription service, but wanted to learn more about the virtual assistance world. So, being the determined person that she is, she set out to learn all she could about the VA profession, integrated her business administration skills with her newly acquired VA and technical skills and launched Innovative Assistance successfully in 2007.
